A strong union needs skills, benefits and ACTION!
Local 328 members Mark Williams and Bob Frawley didn’t know each other when they worked on the tools but since retiring, they have struck up quite the friendship. They first became friends when they were picketing together in Brookline last year, and naturally the topic of baseball was brought up in conversation.
Brother Williams is originally from Chicago and a lifelong White Sox fan, and Brother Frawley, a lifelong Red Sox fan. Putting rivalry aside, they took the opportunity to attend a game together during the four game Boston Red Sox/White Sox series earlier this month at Fenway Park. It seemed that William’s first time at Fenway Park brought him some luck – – not only did he get to see his favorite team win (3-2) but he also caught a ball thrown from the White Sox dugout!
