The North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (NASRCC) marked a major milestone today with a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the $3.6 million expansion of its Syracuse training center. The newly expanded facility has tripled in size to accommodate the growing demand for skilled carpenters in Central New York.
